Welcome to Hair By Henny hairbyhenny.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Services Hair By Henny provides information about our hair styling services, allows users to book appointments, and offers links to third party websites for related products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or feature without notice.
4.Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
• Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. No charge will be applied unless our cancellation policy is not met.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost, which will be applied to your credit card on file.
• No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged to your credit card on file.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email, text, or Instagram direct message. This provides the opportunity for other clients to take your spot if you’re unable to attend.
Credit Card details are required to secure all bookings.
5. Service Satisfaction and Redo Policy
• If you’re not satisfied with your service, please notify your stylist within 7 days so we can discuss a complimentary redo. After this period, any adjustments will be charged at the regular service rate.
• Results vary based on individual hair condition, type, and previous treatments. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Photo Consent
• Hair by Henny may take photos of your hair during or after the service to share on social media, our website, and for marketing purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of your images unless otherwise noted.
• If you would prefer not to have your photo shared, please inform us before your service by completing the consent forms
7. Product and Service Sales
• All services and products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or there is an issue arising from the service provided.
8. Service Modifications & Price Changes
• Prices for services and products may be subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services, prices, or products at any time. We will not be liable for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of services.
9. Privacy and Security
• Your personal information is used only for appointment bookings and communications. We do not share or sell any personal data to third parties.
• Credit card information is securely stored through a trusted and encrypted website provider, Squarespace. Your payment details will never be shared with unauthorized parties.
10. Third-Party Links:
• Our website may include third-party links to external websites. These links are for your convenience and are not affiliated with Hair by Henny. We do not control or endorse these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or services.
• We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from interactions with third-party websites. We recommend reviewing the terms and policies of any third-party site you visit.
11. Liability Waiver
• While we strive to provide high-quality services, Hair by Henny is not liable for any damage, injury, or adverse reactions resulting from the use of hair products, services, or advice provided, unless caused by our negligence.
12. Modifications to Terms
• Hair by Henny reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon being made available.
13. Appointment Bookings
All appointment bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice.
14. Payments:
Payment for services can be in-person.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept cash, debit, and credit. Please note that e-transfers are not accepted at this time.
15. Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hair By Henny or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair By Henny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
